Shipping policy

Delivery

If your item is in stock we ship the following day. When we receive orders Friday afternoon, Saturday or Sundays, we ship the following Monday. Our warehouse is in Scandinavia and lead time will be the shortest to Denmark and Sweden, but we work with big European transportation companies to get the goods to you as soon as possible at your EU-location.

Returns

You are free to return unused goods to us within 14 days after your purchase. I must be in its original condition and the box must not be damaged. Please notify us on support@santaslightshop.eu before you return an item and wait for our approval. You return the order at your own cost.

Unclaimed package

If your order returns to our warehouse, unclaimed by you at your pickup location, you will be charged the actual transportation cost and a 30 Euro fee.
